You can spend the day touring with a tour guide or make your own way around the base of the rock, but it is always suggested that you do most of travels in the morning, especially during the summer season. Walks up the rock are permitted, even though the Aboriginal people don’t permit it, but always make sure you are making your ascent before 9am as temperatures can soar during the warmer months.
